Global Jam started when guitarist Richard Palmer and drummer Daniel Nierlin met in Chiang Mai in 2022. A few jam sessions turned into a band in Bansko in 2024, with regular shows at Co-Living Bansko. In 2025, they met again in Chiang Mai, formed another band, and played three shows across two venues.
Global Jam exists to make that kind of connection easy. Traveling musicians face the same problems everywhere: finding people to play with, places to rehearse, and venues to perform. Global Jam cuts through the friction, helping musicians connect faster so they can spend less time searching and more time playing.
Where to play
Half the battle is finding somewhere to play. Rehearsal spaces, venues, music stores and equipment rental. All trusted and used by the community.
